Try these simple steps:

• Reset your receiver by pressing and holding the power button on your receiver for 10 seconds. Your receiver will reset and power back on automatically.

• Check that your TV is set to channel 3 or 4

• Watch for a low battery indicator on your TV screen and be sure to replace the batteries in your remote if necessary.

• Check for anything that may be blocking your satellite signal (Ex. Trees, branches, snow, etc.)

Programming your Dish Network remote to your TV

1. Press and hold the TV button at the top your remote control until all lights flash.

2. Press the power button one time.

3. Press the up arrow button until your TV turns off.

4. As soon as the TV turns off press the # (pound) button on your remote control 1 time

5. Turn on your TV, and check to make sure that the volume works.
